Teeth pulled salt water and soda?
The citric acid and phosphoric acid in soda could dissolve your clot. I wouldn't drink it. Give it a week or so. Also, NO STRAWS!

The salt water rinse is to keep the surgical site clean and help drain any infection. It also offers some pain relief.

Hope you feel better soon! Good Luck!
Reply:I think it won't be good to drink soda if the extracted area is still open. You wouldn't want to have a sugar buildup in there. Saltwater....that i do not know
Reply:Don;t drink any soday yet, or if you really want to... contact your dentist first. I am sure it is bad for you right now. Rinse with salt water to prevent infection and keep the holes clean
