So im getting two teeth pulled this...........?

this friday im getting 2 teeth pulled : / and im freaking out becouse of it! becouse of when i had a rooth canel done some time back i was in so much pain and all they gave me was 200mlg motrin for the pain....wasnt cutting it!.......so i bough vicodins off the steet and i was still in pain! my question is this? after getting teeth pulled what do they give you for the pain? im on medical i might add so yea!!!!! so if your on medical and had teeth pulled please answer my question i go to western dental thanks all

i had to get 5 teeth pulled and they give u novicanne and ur gums are numb--- like really numb and u cant even feel them when they pull the teeth.... well actreally idk if u sometimes do cuz i got 5 baby teeth pulled.............





p.s. when they say ur gums r gonna be numb for like 1-2 hours, it is really like 5-6 and dont bite on ur gums or lips cuz since u cant feel anything, u will bite rite through them and they will start bleeding
Reply:before they yank them them they use novacaine and all you feel is a bit of pressure when they yank them and afterwards it really doesnt hurt.

Reply:I had 2 pulled, they gave me novocaine during and just in case there was any pain later laurtab.
Reply:Some people do have severe pain like you experienced after the novacaine wore off the last time. Explain it to the dentist and get Tylenol # 5 this time (note # 5 - Not # 3). That will give you so much codeine that you won;t care if it hurts or not.

i was 9 when they pulled one of my teeth, they gave me novacane, and i didn't feel a thing, they where just like:


1, 2, 3 and they showed me my tooth, it was totally painless!
