Is Oil Pulling (gargle) good for teeth ?
Yeah, have you seen the mouthwash dentyl ph? It might not be in the US yet, but it has an oil layer and a water layer. So therefore I would think that oil as mouthwash is already quite well proven. I think it prevents bacterial adhesion and attracts plaque.
Reply:wiat, gargling oil? I have never heard of that, and I don%26#039;t think it sounds good for your teeth at all! :-P
Reply:I know that it is very good for singers making the voice more beautiful, but for teeth I don%26#039;t think so.
