My nephew, who is 19, is going to have a tooth pulled next week.
The problem is that he had two molars (not wisdom teeth) pulled last year. He has the other one filled. When he has the tooth pulled, this means he will have a large gap on one side of his mouth. What are his options?

Talk to the dentist but I suspect he will recommend a bridge as the cheapest alternative. The high priced fix would be implants.
