I heard that doing this can/will whiten your teeth. Is there anyone who has had it work for them?

With alot of oil pulling, you%26#039;re required to brush your teeth before AND after. With all this attention to brushing, yes, there will be less plaque buildup on your teeth. It can draw out some stains, but for actual whitening of the enamel, it takes a chemical to do that. Which I assume, since you are interested in oil pulling that you like %26quot;natural%26quot; products. So bleaching your teeth might not be your best route.
