Okay, in a few days, I have to get two of my baby teeth pulled. One of them has a cavity. They are worried about it spreading. The tooth is about to come out, they said within 2 months. However, they said it MUST come out before. There is also another tooth, I never understood why they want to pull it out, it has no cavity. It is a baby tooth. My baby teeth are almost out. My family has history of baby teeth staying in long. They said that one of the teeth is hanging by a thread, and the other barely attached. Two years ago I got a tooth pulled, it hurt like HELL. They assured me it wouldn%26#039;t hurt, but that didn%26#039;t happen. Even with the novacane, it still hurt. They even apologized. They said that it was hanging by a thread, but when took it out, said the root was much longer than they had thought. Please give me an honest answer--will this hurt much? I am really scared of the dentist after that last encounter, maybe I%26#039;m just being a baby. Thanks for help. (had to cut some out bc 2 long
Getting two teeth pulled?
My 6yo just had a baby tooth pulled that had a cavity. We went to a pediatric dentist because thay have more experience with children. They us a topical numbing gel and a shot of novacaine my daughter did not cry or anything she did not even know he had pulled it out. I think it really depends on the dentist. Our dentist rocks. Reply:My family has the same thing. Though i think i am the worst! I went to the dentist after i slipped through the system and hadnt been for 2 years, and had 3 teeth out without a needle and 2 out the week after with a needle. Ask to be sedated maybe, the needle does hurt though, the pulling doesnt hurt 1 bit after it though!! I was amazed! Though once their out, they wont be back! Good luck. xx
Reply:yeah the dentist told me the same thing, then he starting jerking on it, hurt pretty bad
