Swelling after having 15 teeth pulled.?

my son had teeth pulled 24 hours ago, the swelling is worse now than when they were pulled. Should this be of any concern.

not to worry i had my teeth pulled out and your mouth will swell its completly normal . the swelling will reduce within two or three days.. it hurting give painkiller, such as tylonal, advil or other pain killers given by your dentist/orthadontist..

considering there was that many pulled at once, i think swelling is to be expected.
Reply:well if your worried always check with your doc...but when i had my wisdom teeth pulled, they said my face could still swell up more for the next 24 hours and it might take 2-3 days fr the swelling to go down....but if your worried give your doc a call. Why so many teeth at once???
Reply:no. the swelling goes down in 3 or 4 days
