I got my teeth pulled and i have none left, what can I eat?!?!?

My grandmother just got the last of her teeth pulled out of her mouth, so her mouth will be sore and healing for the next month. Can anyone help me to create some sort of a list of edible food for her?

Try smoothies and stuff. I don't reccomend this but my VARY daring friend couldn't eat solids for like a month so she but chicken fingers in the blender with ketchup
Reply:baby food and pudding
Reply:Everything....Just out of a straw.
Reply:When I had my teeth done, I ate mashed potatoes w/gravy, pudding and smoothies (yogurt, milk, maybe a banana). Some baby food is ok, but I didn't like them. Soup is good too.
Reply:well eat soft things or drink a lot of liquids or buy a chopper and chop all your food up

Reply:i had my teeth cut out at about 10 am and was eating chicken fried steak for dinner, she needs to toughen her gums, i still dont wear dentures and eat what ever i want except hard nuts, etc
Reply:In addition to all the good suggestions I think oatmeal is a healthy meal once in a while. I had the same thing done a few years back.
Reply:Buy her some of her favorite fruits and a REALLY nice blender.
Reply:She could get dentures - fake teeth.

Applesause, mashed potatos, soup, bananas, yogurt, raspberries, eggs, and soft breads will be good to eat.
Reply:mashed potatos, apple sauce, jello, pudding ,soft boiled eggs, nutritional drinks., oatmeal , baby fruits, anything put in a blender, ice cream, jogurt, creamed soups, milk shakes, smoohies, water ice, make a vegetable juice in a blender with veggies. in a blender put bananas and milk in a blender ,mashed sweet potatos, any kind of juice, farina, put cottage cheese in a blender with peaches. No straws please!!

Hope this helps
Reply:Starter's nutrition is a must and hope she gets her teeth back soon. Mashed potatoes. carrotts %26amp; turnip mashed, any meat she wants in a blender, puddings, jello any filling on a crumb crust, lemon pie, coconut cream pie, the list is endless! But please don't bite off more than you can chew. Solids you have no more teeth now we know but trying to venture eating solids will take a toll on your esophogus leading to choking it is a foreign substance to it with your teeth gone.

Good-Luck %26amp; Enjoy,

Reply:WOOH, think the straw comment very carefully, as she can get

dry sockets and they hurt real BAD, she can eat soft foods and liquids. Be sure to tell her to be careful with straws because she can accidently suction the clotted blood out and then there will be the "dry" socket...

best wishes
Reply:Soup...no chewing required!
